BJU condo project put on hold
"In a setback to the city of Greenville's plans to revitalize Pleasantburg Drive, Bob Jones University and a Texas developer have put a proposed $40 million condominium-and-retail development on hold."
"The condominiums were priced between $260,000 and $560,000, depending on size."
"'I think obviously the location was a little premature, and the price points were a little higher than the market was willing to accept in that location,' said Halter, whose company was not involved in marketing Renaissance Place."
